ANNOUNCES
REMAINING 2001 SPECIAL EVENTS
Kennebunkport,
ME - The Seashore Trolley Museum, the oldest and largest electric railway museum
in the world, has announced its schedule of Special Events for 2001.
Describing itself as “History in Motion” the Seashore Trolley Museum
is home to “The National Collection of American Streetcars” representing
trolleys that once ran in the major metropolitan areas of the United State, plus
some from foreign countries.
During the “Birthday Trolleys” week-end of August 11th and 12th, we
will celebrate the birthdays of several individual older cars that are sixty
years or older. We will be joined by the Roberts Circus which will
delight all our visitors with performances and pony rides.
Finally, on Pumpkin Patch Week-End, September 29th and 30th, anyone who
buys a ticket will receive a free pumpkin.
